During these past months of uncertainty and change, we have been looking forward to the day when we can welcome guests back to Acacia Spa. We are excited to announce that we will be returning to normal business hours Monday, May 4th, and will operate based on the reopening guidelines established by the State of Missouri and Greene County.
Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled experience of healing and rejuvenation to our guests, and our resolve is stronger now than ever before. While Acacia has always met stringent sanitation requirements, our team has been hard at work to raise the bar even higher to ensure our guests feel safe and comfortable.
Upon entering ou rbuilding, every guest will be screened for symptoms and asked about recent travel. If he/she has any symptoms, they will be asked to reschedule.
All employees will havetheir temperature taken before each shift. If they have a fever or present any signs of illness, they will be sent home.
Service providers will wear masks or face shields during all treatments as an enhanced safety measure. All personal protective equipment will be sanitized after each service.
Cleansing stations and additional signage will be placed around the spa to help meet hand washing and social distancing guidelines.
Bottled water will be available to guests in lieu of communal snacks and beverages.
Opportunity to pay for your treatment and gratuity in advance to allow for a touchless payment transaction.
Wear a mask or cloth face covering. This will be required for all guests entering the building and mustbe worn at all times unless they are in a private treatment room. Please planaccordingly.
Please arrive to your appointment alone unless you are accompanying a minor guest or need assistance.
Refrain from visiting the spa if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.
Refrain from visiting the spa if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
Respect the spa’s sanitation and social distancing standards and processes posted within the spa and shared by employees.
